Mark Pritchard & Thom Yorke’s debut album on Warp Records showcases Electronic musician Pritchard’s mastery of archaic machines and Yorke's haunting and expansive vocals.

 

Tall Tales evokes Radiohead’s OK Computer-era digital FX and delves into dark, introspective storytelling (questioning where our insatiable appetite for ‘progress’ might have landed us).

 

Also central to the project, visual collaborator Jonathan Zawada’s artistry enhances the project with his hyperreal environments that blur the line between the organic and digital, juxtaposing uneasy landscapes of natural beauty with the brutal aesthetics of a dystopian world.
