A repress of the remastered version of Terry Riley's phenomenally influential Minimalist work, In C. 

 

Originally performed in 1964 in San Francisco, the ensemble performing including fellow innovator Steve Reich and electronic maestro Morton Subotnik among others.

 

Frst released on record in 1968, upon its release the album caused a sensation and is now regarded as a major contribution to 20th Century composition.
