The eleventh album of Kevin Hewick originals revolves around a cycle of finding and losing and finding love, it’s depths and obsessions, the male gaze and male vulnerability, and the ego of the star and the death of the star (all from a 2020s East Midlands/Central England vantage point leaping from being 16 to 66!). “In my not so swinging 60s,” as Kevin puts it.
A collaboration with engineer/producer Adam Ellis, the album includes guest appearances from Adam alongside Becky Baldwin (Fury), Keith Richard Buck (Talon, Sally Barker) Lee Spreadbury (GU-RU), Jonathan Read (Project Blackbird,The Specials, The Dandy Warhols), David Anderson (The South, Diesel Park West), Autumn Dawn Leader and Sally Barker (The Sandy Denny Project).
