Script For A Jester’s Tear (cd/blu-ray pre-order)
A deluxe 4CD/1Blu-Ray remixed edition of Script For A Jester’s Tear (1983), the debut album from Marillion.
In addition to remixed versions of Script and the Market Square Heroes EP, the set also includes a previously unreleased concert that captures Marillion performing in London at the Marquee Club on December 29, 1982. Recorded a few months before Script for a Jester’s Tear was released, the show features live versions of all six album tracks, plus non-album tracks including the 19-minute epic Grendel.
The blu-ray also includes a 5.1 mix of Script for a Jester’s Tear and a documentary that covers the 1979 formation of Marillion in Aylesbury through to the release of Script in 1983.
