A deluxe 20 disc (17 CD / 3 Blu Ray) box set covering Van der Graaf Generator’s entire recorded work for Charisma Records (remastered from the first generation master tapes).
 
The albums H to He Who Am the Only One, Pawn Hearts, Godbluff and Still Life have been remixed from the original multi-track tapes in both stereo and 5.1 surround sound by Stephen W Tayler. 
 
We have a limited exclusive edition with a postcard signed by Peter HammillHugh BantonGuy Evans and David Jackson.
 
In addition, the box features a recently discovered and previously unreleased entire concert recorded in Paris in 1976, all of the band's surviving BBC sessions, and a Blu ray featuring all existing VdGG television footage and promotional films.
 
Packaged with a 68 page book and rare photos, The Charisma Years is a definitive account of an essential career.

The evocative and pulsating work was conceived as an audio visual experience, and includes a CD of stereo mixes as well as a DVD of film-poems (featuring the album’s music in 5.1 surround, authored by Ray Shulman) and a live performance by Stephen from the Big Room at Real World Studios.
