The complete 1970-72 King Crimson captured on 21 CDs, 4 blu-ray discs and 2 DVDs (all audio content) and presented in a 12” box with booklet, memorabilia, a further downloadable concert, and sleeve-notes by Sid Smith, Jakko Jakszyk and David Singleton.

Including the Steven Wilson and Robert Fripp stereo mixes of In The Wake Of Poseidon, Lizard and Islands - and the 5.1 mixes of those albums - Sailor’s Tales features a wealth of previously unheard studio recordings - from band rehearsals to alternate mixes - alongside a vast array of live material, much of it on CD/blu-ray for the first time and including four recently found, never before released, concerts.

This limited edition set presents the complete King Crimson recorded history of the period in the best quality audio possible.

King Crimson

Earthbound (cd/dvd pre-order)


The twelfth release in the King Crimson 40th Anniversary series, Earthbound was originally issued in 1972 and marked the final statement by the band's Islands-era incarnation.

The CD features an expanded 12 track version of the original 5 track album. The DVD contains the 12 track expanded album in 24/96 hi-res stereo audio, the Summit Studios performance in a 2017 stereo mix and in quadraphonic (this is the only surviving multi-track performance from the 1972 tour), the album length Schizoid Men sequence of edits of 21st Century Schizoid Men taken from the Ladies of The Road live album, and a transfer of the original vinyl album.

Presented in a double digipak in a slipcase with Sid Smith sleeve notes, rare photos and archive material. Please note, Earthbound can also be found on the Sailor’s Tales box set.

The Flower Kings

Fifteen years after its original release, InsideOutMusic teamed up with Roine Stolt to re-visit Unfold The Future (2002), which has been hailed as one of The Flower Kings' definitive classics.

Featuring Stolt alongside band members Hasse Fröberg, Tomas Bodin, Jonas Reingold, Zoltan Csörsz and Hasse Bruniusson, and guest Daniel Gildenlöw (who sings on three pieces), excited by the idea of releasing the album on vinyl for the first time, Stolt remixed several tracks.

The ultimate edition of a Flower Kings’ meisterwerk, Unfold The Future is presented as a triple 180g vinyl in gatefold with two CDs.
