Under Wraps: The Unwrapped Edition (CD/Blu-Ray pre-order)
An underrated creative curveball, Under Wraps (1984) contained some of Ian Anderson's most impressive vocal performances and lyrics. Anderson's similarly inventive electronic solo album Walk Into Light was issued the previous year.
Both albums have been remixed by Bruce Soord, and this deluxe 5CD/Blu-ray edition contains the albums with the original drums sounds as well as 2026 mixes with more natural, traditional drums.
The set also includes unreleased recordings from 1983, BBC Live At The Hammersmith Odeon 1984, and a Blu-Ray disc with Atmos, 5.1, hi res audio and promo videos.
The 100-page book provides insights into both albums and the 1984 tours, as well as offering track-by-track annotation by Ian Anderson (with Peter-John Vettese and Martin Barre).

The recording that lays the foundation of this historic release was created by the late bootlegger Mike “Mike the Mic” Millard. The tapes on this official release have been meticulously restored and remastered by Steven Wilson.
A wonderful set that includes Echoes, early versions of what became Animals’ Sheep and Dogs, pre-release versions of Wish You Were Here material, and all of The Dark Side Of The Moon, this is the definitive live recording of Pink Floyd’s 1975 tour.
