MDB’s masterpiece of Gothic Doom on limited edition picture disc vinyl

My Dying Bride has been the leading light of Doom Metal since its debut album As The Flower Withers was released on Peaceville Records in 1992. The band's heavy atmospherics have subsequently created a huge worldwide following and the band remain at the pinnacle of the genre.
Originally released on Peaceville in October 1993, and recorded at Academy Studios in Yorkshire, Turn Loose the Swans saw the arrival of long-time session musician and classically trained violinist and pianist Martin Powell. The album saw the band stretching and pushing its grandiose textures and epic doom dynamics even further to create an opus of unrivalled atmosphere and stark emotion.
Fans and critics have hailed Turn Loose the Swans as the blueprint for the Gothic Metal genre.
This edition of Turn Loose the Swans is presented as a special limited picture disc format with cut-out sleeve featuring the memorable original cover artwork.
Please note: Picture discs are handmade & not audiophile pressings. This process of manufacture makes them, inevitably, more susceptible to crackles, pops & occasional warping. But they do look fab!
