Strictly limited gold vinyl edition of the 13th Floor Elevators' masterpiece housed in a facsimile of the striking golden LP sleeve originally released in 1967.
Mastered on 180g audiophile-quality vinyl from masters mixed to stereo from the original 1967 Andrus Studios session multitracks by International Artists producer Ray Rush at Autumn Sound Studios during November 1976.
This, the only 13th Floor Elevators LP to make the Billboard chart, captures the group at its peak. Released in November 1967, a year after their debut Psychedelic Sounds, the band, critics and fans alike consider Easter Everywhere to be the Elevator's finest work.
Genre-defining, pioneering and utterly timeless, The 13th Floor Elevators continue to influence and inspire new generations of musicians and the likes of R.E.M, The Jesus And Mary Chain, Primal Scream, ZZ Top, Spacemen 3, Echo and the Bunnymen, Julian Cope and others have covered the band's songs.
"Psychedelic masterpiece." - Mojo - 5 stars
"As potent as The Doors, as virtuoso as Love and more out there than The Beatles ever were. A 24-carat classic." - Classic Rock
